  2. When do I have to pay? - An initial deposit will be required to secure the booking and the balance will be due prior to the booking date. An invoice will be issued with details on how to pay. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
  3. How do I get in? - The caretaker will meet you at the hall to let you in and he will answer any last minute questions you may have.
  4. Do I have to clear up at the end? - The hall must be cleared within your booking time unless otherwise arranged beforehand.
  5. What do I do with any rubbish? - All rubbish should be taken away at the end of your booking.
  6. Do I have use of the whole venue? - If you want sole use of the building then both the Main Hall and Rose Room will have to be booked.
  7. Can we use the field? - The football club take priority on using the field between September and May
  8. How many cars can park at the venue? - You should be able to park approximately 40 cars.
  9. Can I play music through my personal device? - Yes it is possible. The caretaker will give you access on the day.
  10. Are dogs allowed on the field or in the hall? - No, only Access Dogs are allowed on the premises
  11. Are inflatables allowed on the premises? - Inflatables are only allowed on the field
  12. Can we stay overnight? - No
  13. Can we decorate the hall? - Yes but you must clear up at the end of your hire

  15. Who do I contact if I have left something in the hall? - contact the booking officer
